Teymour's flagship album Haunting Bazaar
Available to purchase on iTunes and Amazon and stream on Spotify.

Co-composed with the brilliant French guitarist and singer Yves Mesnil, Haunting Bazaar reflects Teymour's musical journey from the sounds he grew up with as a boy in India, through the decade he spent between London and Paris, exploring the wealth and diversity of musicians these two cities have to offer, many of whom he has brought together on this project.

The album is a sublime collection of transcultural songs and vocally-infused instrumental pieces, some acoustic whilst others are laced with a dash of electronica, punctuated by Teymour's haunting bamboo flute playing and Yves Mesnil's unique style of lyrical guitar playing and entrancing atmospheric vocals.

The album features British singer Tina Grace, of Nitin Sawhney Beyond Skin fame, Sri Lankan singer Manickam Yogeshwaran, Malian singer Kassé Mady Diabaté, top British Asian producer Niraj Chag, world-renowned percussionist Steve Shehan and a host of other talented musicians from around the world  (please see album cover below for credits).

“Fusion at its most successful” – Financial Times

“The music of Haunting Bazaar is as imaginative as it is inspired, as exceptionally beautiful as it is enchanting. It would have been very easy to go over the top with this, but Housego's arrangements always remain as sensitive and tasteful as his playing. The title seems apt. This album is both haunting, as in hauntingly beautiful, and a bit of a musical bazaar, with touches of a miscellany of different musical cultures being present.” - rainloresworldofmusic.net

Teymour and his band have performed Haunting Bazaar 'live' at the Alchemy Festival at the Royal Festival Hall, the Forge, the Green Note and Karamel in London and the Birmingham Symphony Hall amongst other venues.

The current live line-up:
Teymour Housego: bansuri and flute
Yves Mesnil: guitar and vocals
Kumar Raghunathan: Indian/Western vocals and violin
Alok Verma: tabla and percussion
